Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it.
- It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You receive the wrong item
This allows us to evaluate the issue quickly and make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
- Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or product, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
The item must still meet the return conditions: unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us using the contact form on the website.
